Missionary to the Strip
A small and hispanic man in his late 40s or early 50s, skin dark and graying hair, a bit of a belly. He favors non-descript button down shirts over black jeans and battered cowboy boots.
The head of the non-profit aid organization generally called the Mission or (the Mission to the Strip), though its formal name is less evocative. The core of the organization also forms a Celestial Chorus cabal of the same name.
As of yet little is known of Eduardo’s background and personal history.
